About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Advisor to join our award-winning team at McCarthy Recruitment Ltd. As a Sales Advisor, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service to our customers, providing them with accurate product information, and ensuring their needs are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Product Knowledge: Ensure your product knowledge is up-to-date and passed on to customers to help them make informed purchasing decisions.
  • Customer Journey: Responsible for the customer journey, whether it's a customer visiting our showroom or making an online enquiry, ensuring they have everything they need to place an order.
  • Sales Targets: Contribute to and deliver sales targets by promoting great service and developing relationships with all our customers.
  • Enquiry Handling: Handle a high volume of inbound customer enquiries, responding to them in a timely manner and providing accurate product information.
  • Quotations and Follow-ups: Produce detailed and accurate quotations for customers and make follow-up calls to check if they have everything they need to support them in placing their order.
Requirements
  • Previous Experience: Previous experience of delivering great service to customers in a face-to-face or online/phone environment.
  • Product Knowledge: The capacity to learn about different products and make the right recommendations when matching them to different customers.
  • Hard Working Outlook: A hard working outlook and positive and outgoing personality with a genuine desire to succeed.
  • Target-Oriented: Experience of working towards your own individual targets and as part of a team.
