Job Title: Sales Advisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Advisor to join our award-winning team at McCarthy Recruitment Limited. As a Sales Advisor, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service to our customers, helping them find the perfect products to meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert product knowledge to customers, ensuring they receive accurate information to make informed purchasing decisions.
  • Manage customer interactions, whether in-person or online, to ensure a seamless and satisfying experience.
  • Contribute to sales targets by promoting excellent service and building strong relationships with customers.
  • Handle a high volume of customer inquiries, responding promptly and providing accurate product information.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively advise customers.
Ideal Candidate:
  • Previous experience in delivering exceptional customer service, either in a face-to-face or online/phone environment.
  • The ability to learn about different products and make informed recommendations to customers.
  • A strong work ethic and positive, outgoing personality with a genuine desire to succeed.
  • Experience working towards individual targets and as part of a team.
