Maintenance Engineer Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our team at a well-established food manufacturing facility. As a Maintenance Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our production processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform proactive maintenance and site PMs to prevent equipment downtime
  • Respond to breakdowns quickly and efficiently
  • Work on mechanical faults and maintenance tasks
  • Contribute to engineering projects, such as commissioning, installations, and relocations
  • Identify and implement improvements to processes and machine output
  • Adhere to site Health & Safety rules and legislation
Requirements:
  • Time-served or recognized apprenticeship in a relevant engineering subject
  • Experience working in a maintenance engineer role, preferably in a similar industry
  • Ability to work at a fast pace and confidence in a manufacturing environment
