TRAILER MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN
We are seeking a skilled Trailer Maintenance Technician to become part of a leading firm in the transportation sector. This is a Permanent Position that offers excellent opportunities for career advancement, with a competitive salary of £37,000 PLUS a £500 signing bonus and enhanced holiday benefits.
Work Schedule
Monday to Friday, from 8 AM to 6 PM
45 hours per week
Position Overview
The Trailer Maintenance Technician role is a Permanent position that can start immediately; however, we are flexible with your notice period if applicable.
Key Responsibilities
As a Trailer Maintenance Technician, your duties will include:
- Conducting inspections, servicing, and repairs on trailers to maintain high operational standards
- Ensuring all vehicles comply with road traffic regulations and company protocols
- Performing brake systems, suspension work, general repairs, routine inspections, and scheduled services
- Delivering exceptional customer service while adhering to set deadlines
Candidate Requirements:
To qualify for the Trailer Maintenance Technician position, you should:
· Have relevant experience in trailer maintenance
· Be capable of completing necessary documentation and possess basic computer skills
· Exhibit strong communication skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
· Hold a valid UK Driving License
Experience in the following areas would be advantageous (but not mandatory):
· Welding
· Maintenance of double-decker trailers

- Overtime compensation at Time + 1⁄2 after 45 hours / Sundays at Double Time / Bank Holidays at Double Time plus a day off in lieu
