FCC Environment is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for developing, managing, and controlling the region's operations to achieve agreed revenue and profit targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and monitor all operational working practices to ensure conformance with legislation and company standards.
- Monitor operations to ensure the achievement of budgeted revenue, operating profit, and cash targets.
- Control the operation of any Public-Private Partnership (PFI) projects within the region.
- Develop opportunities to optimize the sites and contracts to greatest commercial benefit.
- Implement management cost plans for all facilities in the region, focusing on continual improvement within the overall regional and national strategy.
- Assist the technical team in the development and implementation of new techniques for waste management.
- Provide leadership and direction to Contract and Site Managers through mentoring and coaching.
Requirements
- Experience in a similar role.
