Key Responsibilities:
  • Support a positive customer experience by being a visible and approachable presence at our entrance doors.
  • Deter loss on the salesfloor while acting as an ambassador for the loss prevention function.
  • Work closely with the store team to maintain security of our product and resolve conflicts when needed.
  • Stay calm and professional under pressure, and demonstrate self-motivation, resilience, and a natural ability to communicate.
