We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Client Support Administrator to join our team at Blakemore Recruitment.

Job Purpose

To provide exceptional support to our Financial Planning Consultants, ensuring seamless client experiences and efficient sales processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process new business transactions, including trades and fund switches, with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Provide administrative support for client reviews, valuations, and transfer of servicing, enabling consultants to focus on client meetings.
  • Serve as a liaison between clients and consultants, ensuring timely communication and updates on client matters.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client information on our systems, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Prepare and issue invoices for client work completed.
  • Coordinate the issuance of original policy documents and contract notes, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
  • Support consultants with post-meeting administration, ensuring all work is completed within agreed timelines.
  • Report any complaints, breaches, or losses to the Compliance Officer in a timely manner.

Essential Requirements

  • Basic knowledge of financial products and funds.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with consultants and clients.
  • 2 years of experience working in a similar role, preferably in the IFA industry.
  • CF1 certification.

Desirable Requirements

  • Certificate in Financial Services or Planning.
  • Intermediate skills in Intelligent Office.
