Administration & Academic Director

We are seeking an experienced Administration & Academic Manager to join our team at Anderson Hoare Limited.
Job Summary:The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing a variety of administrative and academic duties, including general administration, property-related administration, and PA duties.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide administrative support to the team, including diary management and document preparation.
- Manage property-related administration, including property listings and sales.
- Act as a PA to the chairman, providing administrative support and ensuring the smooth operation of the office.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent level of IT ability, including MS Office and Dropbox.
- Excellent PA/Secretarial skills with exceptional organisational abilities.
- Attention to detail with the ability to take initiative and make responsible decisions.
- Ability to multi-task projects and be flexible in managing day-to-day tasks under pressure.
- Ability to work without reliance on other team members, where appropriate.
- Able to work flexible hours, as appropriate.
- Confident, outgoing personality with a diligent approach.
- Honest, trustworthy, respectful, and empathetic.
The ideal candidate will have a good administrative background and be familiar with the property industry.
Salary: £40k-£50k + discretionary bonuses.
