Position Overview:

Reporting directly to the Front Office Manager, this role presents a unique chance for an ambitious individual eager to advance their career while leading a committed team.

What We Provide:

Your Responsibilities:

As an Overnight Operations Supervisor, you will oversee hotel operations during the night shift. Your profile should meet the following criteria:

You will be responsible for managing, coaching, and training the team to ensure exceptional service delivery to all guests, maintaining the highest standards at all times.

Leading by example, you will warmly greet guests and act as a true ambassador for outstanding service, addressing all inquiries and requests efficiently and professionally, whether in person or via phone.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Ensuring a superior guest experience, aligned with our core values and mission;
  • Managing departmental expenses and optimizing scheduling and resources to enhance operational performance;
  • Identifying and implementing opportunities for operational improvements;
  • Addressing guest service needs promptly and positively;
  • Adhering to quality assurance standards and expectations;
  • Regularly reviewing guest feedback to enhance service quality;
  • Collaborating respectfully with all departments;
  • Maintaining a courteous and friendly demeanor towards all guests, utilizing their names whenever possible;
  • Identifying and reporting any complaints or issues to the Front Office and Duty Manager, offering assistance with integrity;
  • Conducting night audits and safety checks to ensure guest safety and comfort;
  • Continuously refining operational processes and ensuring clear communication with team members.

The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic about change, detail-oriented, and trustworthy.

Essential Skills and Experience:

  • A genuine passion for the hospitality sector;
  • Prior experience in a receptionist or supervisory role is essential;
  • Ability to understand and anticipate guest needs to create memorable service experiences;
  • Exceptional customer service skills with a proactive approach;
  • A strong leader capable of motivating and guiding others to adhere to established procedures and standards;
  • Excellent personal presentation;
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision;
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written;
  • A collaborative team player with a flexible mindset;
  • Proficiency in hotel management software and reservation systems;
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook);
  • Ability to troubleshoot minor technical issues with office equipment;
  • Familiarity with online booking platforms and guest communication tools;
  • Understanding of data entry and maintaining accurate guest records;
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices to protect guest information.
