We are seeking an experienced Product Analyst to join our Greenfield SaaS team. As the first Product Analyst in the team, you will be responsible for gathering requirements from customers and conducting market research to inform the product roadmap.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with customers and stakeholders to gather requirements and understand their needs
  • Create user stories and functional specifications to support the product roadmap
  • Work closely with the Product team to facilitate agile events and ensure successful product delivery
  • Support the development of a scalable SaaS product suite

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Product Analyst in a SaaS Vendor
  • Experience of agile and scrum methodologies
  • Strong ability to manage multiple stakeholder relationships and communicate effectively
  • Adaptable communication style who can collaborate and challenge ways of working

About the Role:
