Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Strategic Land Manager to join our team at Pinnacle Recruitment Ltd. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in strategic acquisitions and a proven track record of delivering medium-term strategic sites into a business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and acquire medium-term strategic sites with a mix of housing types, including flats, semi-detached and detached houses, and townhouses.
- Work closely with the board to ensure quick decision-making and deal execution.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including landowners, developers, and local authorities.
- Conduct thorough site analysis and due diligence to ensure optimal deal structure and value.
Requirements:
- At least 4 years of post-graduate experience in strategic acquisitions.
- Proven track record of delivering strategic sites into a business.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
What We Offer:
A competitive salary package, including a base salary of £70,000 - £85,000, plus benefits and a performance-related bonus.
