Job Description

Job Title: Head of Global Business

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to lead our global business efforts. As the Head of Global Business, you will be responsible for spearheading our worldwide sales and marketing activities, from strategic planning to execution. You will cultivate relationships with global partners, participate in budgeting and planning, and lead our teams to meet sales targets globally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement global sales and marketing strategies to achieve targets both domestically and internationally.
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with global partners, including Global Aggregators.
  • Lead and manage teams of business development managers and sales and marketing professionals.
  • Participate in international expansion activities, such as investments, acquisitions, or corporate alliances.
  • Oversee daily operations and ensure maximum dedication from our teams.
  • Evaluate performance and contribute to data-driven decision-making.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in banks and/or financial institution, MSB business, remittance industry/sector.
  • Extensive experience leading sales and marketing activities on a global scale.
  • Demonstrated success in establishing and maintaining relationships with global partners.
  • Proven track record in strategic planning, budgeting, and execution of sales and marketing strategies.
  • Strong background in designing and implementing business strategies.
  • Experience in line management and leadership.

Benefits:

  • Salary £45,000- £55,000 negotiable depending on experience.
  • Performance-related bonus.
  • Pension scheme.
