Global Logistics Director – Food & Beverage Sector

Are you an experienced leader in Customer Service and End-to-End Logistics, with a passion for the Food & Beverage industry? Our client is seeking a Director of Customer Service to join their dynamic team.

This is an exciting opportunity to drive operational excellence and customer satisfaction in key EMEA markets.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the end-to-end customer service and logistics processes, ensuring seamless delivery and top-tier service across EMEA.
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize the customer experience while improving supply chain efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including procurement, operations, and sales, to ensure alignment on customer needs and business objectives and manager 3PL.
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics to continuously improve customer satisfaction, delivery times, and cost efficiency.
  • Foster a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement within the customer service team.
  • Oversee and ensure compliance with local and international regulations, particularly in food safety and logistics.
Key Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a senior customer service or logistics role within the Food & Beverage or FMCG industries.
  • Expertise in end-to-end supply chain management and customer service optimization.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams across multiple locations.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities, with a customer-first mindset.
  • Knowledge of logistics regulations and best practices.
  • Fluency in English is essential; additional languages are a plus.
