The role of an Educational Support Assistant is vital for the smooth operation of educational institutions.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Collaborating with the class teacher to manage student behavior and support interventions.
  • Providing additional assistance to students with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND).
  • Assisting in the documentation and reporting of student progress and behavior.
  • Ensuring that students are achieving their learning objectives in the classroom.
