About the Role

You'll work closely with residents to understand their needs and preferences, providing advice on rent and service charges, and assisting with benefits claims. You'll also collaborate with our income recovery team to reduce rent arrears and ensure a smooth living experience for our residents.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with residents to promote safe and secure independent living
  • Provide advice on rent and service charges
  • Assist with benefits claims and support customers with financial needs
  • Work with the income recovery team to reduce rent arrears

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need experience/knowledge of housing management, social care, and/or wellbeing of retirement living services. You'll also possess good computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications, and effective communication skills both written and verbal.
