Job Title: Sales Adviser/Retail Advisor

Job Summary:

Yours Clothing is seeking a Sales Adviser/Retail Advisor to join our team. As a Sales Adviser/Retail Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting our products, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries
  • Promote and sell our products to customers
  • Operate the till and handle financial transactions
  • Replenish stock and maintain a clean and organized store environment
  • Assist with deliveries and stock handling
  • Undertake cleaning and housekeeping duties
  • Ensure compliance with company procedures
  • Take responsibility for personal development and actively seek opportunities for improvement
  • Responsible for Health and Safety

Requirements:

  • A warm, friendly, and engaging personality
  • Highly motivated and a desire to succeed
  • A proven ability to work well within a team and use own initiative
  • Ability to adapt to frequent change and a high-pressure environment
  • Experience in a customer service role with face-to-face customer contact is highly desirable
  • Experience in a retail environment with a quality brand is desirable but not essential
  • Knowledge and understanding of High Street fashion
