Salary: Approximately £45,000, based on skills and experience
Key Responsibilities:
- Overseeing all Supply Chain activities within your area of responsibility
- Creating and implementing strategies that enhance People (Resourcing & Capabilities), Processes, Technology, and reporting to ensure effective Supply Chain operations
- Engaging with both internal and external stakeholders, and acting on behalf of the Supply Chain Senior Manager when necessary
- Managing contracts, including major subcontracts and transactional agreements
- Leading a team of procurement specialists
- Conducting regular supplier visits
Required Skills and Experience:
- Experience in Supply Chain, Procurement, or Project Management
- Strong Stakeholder Management skills
- Familiarity with ERP and PLM Systems
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Background in aerospace, defense, or MOD projects
- Previous experience in a line management role

About the Electrical IDT Procurement Team:
As a Procurement Manager at BAE Systems, you will play a central role in supporting deployed Supply Chain Professionals, empowering the team through the provision of People, Processes, Tools, and Reporting on the SSNA program. This role is set in a dynamic, commercial procurement environment, offering diverse development opportunities while working within a varied team to contribute to the UK's National Defense Program. Relocation support packages are available for eligible candidates across all Submarine roles.
