As a Perms Billing Team Leader at TRC, you'll be responsible for developing and growing a hot perms desk while managing a small team of Consultants. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include producing vacancy and booking profiles, adequately sourcing and selecting applicants, and working to KPIs and understanding your sales pipeline.
