Recruitment Manager

We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated Perms Billing Team Leader to join our dynamic team at The Recruitment Co. in Blackpool. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and growing a hot perms desk while managing a small team of Consultants.
Key Responsibilities- Produce vacancy and booking profiles alongside well-written adverts to attract top talent.
- Adequately source and select applicants, match to roles available, and identify potential future talent pipeline opportunities.
- Work to KPIs and understand your sales pipeline to drive business growth.
- Develop and execute basic sales plans to achieve budget expectations.
- Monitor market share, competitors, opportunities, pipeline contingency, pricing, and future actions to ensure exceptional client service levels.
- Continually increase productivity and sales activity to achieve year-on-year growth of sales revenue, margins, and profit.
- Regularly visit clients and conduct outbound business-to-business sales and business development calls and face-to-face visits.
- Maintain best practice administration and record-keeping.
- Manage day-to-day operations and develop a team of Consultants.
- Salary up to £40,000 + bonus + car allowance of £4,200 per annum.
