About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Quality Assurance Engineer to join our team at Fluke. As a key member of our quality team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of quality and reliability in our products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement quality control plans at suppliers to detect issues early and ensure consistent quality delivery.
  • Assess vendor process capabilities and drive failure analysis and corrective action plans to improve supplier quality.
  • Lead APQP/PPAP supplier flow-down activities in collaboration with Engineering and Supply Chain teams.
  • Support first article qualification and approvals, and conduct DFMEA and PFMEA activities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Travel up to 50% to support supplier audits and quality functions.

About the Team

You will be part of a global team with members based in NA, China, and soon in UK and Malaysia. We are a dynamic and fast-paced organization that values innovation and teamwork.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering from an accredited institution.
  • At least 10 years of experience in supplier quality and/or engineering-related areas.
  • Advanced knowledge of ISO 9001/13485 and experience with Advanced Quality Engineering tools.
  • Proven understanding of Six Sigma principles or Lean Manufacturing concepts.
  • Electronic knowledge and skills, including circuit schematic reading and PCB process knowledge.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, team-work approach, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize work to deliver results.

Preferred Qualifications

  • German, French (or other EMEA) language skills.
