About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team at Fluke. As a key member of our supplier quality management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of quality and reliability is consistently delivered by our suppliers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement quality control plans at suppliers to detect issues early and ensure quality reliability.
  • Assess vendor process capabilities and drive failure analysis and corrective action plans.
  • Lead APQP/PPAP supplier flow-down activities in collaboration with Engineering and Supply Chain.
  • Support first article qualification and approvals.
  • Conduct DFMEA and PFMEA activities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive quality improvements and resolve supplier-related issues.
  • Travel up to 50% to support supplier audits and quality-related activities.

About You

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional with a strong background in supplier quality management and engineering. You will have a bachelor's degree in engineering from an accredited institution and at least 10 years of experience in a related field. Advanced knowledge of ISO 9001/13485 and experience with quality engineering tools such as FMEA, GD&T, SPC, and Root Cause Analysis are preferred.

Requirements

  • Strong problem-solving skills and team-work approach.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while prioritizing work and delivering results.

Language Skills

German, French, or other EMEA language skills are a plus.
