Job Summary:

MCG Healthcare Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Advanced Nurse Practitioner to join their team in a Salaried Clinical role. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and dedicated individual to work in a dynamic and innovative environment.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, working closely with the nursing team to support the surgery's development and improvement. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prescribe and manage patient care for minor illnesses
  • Work collaboratively with the nursing team to support patient care and surgery development
  • Contribute to the improvement of patient outcomes and surgery performance
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of new services

Requirements:

  • NMC registration
  • Experience in a similar role or relevant clinical experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
