Job Title: Technical Planner

Carbon60 is seeking an experienced Technical Planner to join our client's team on a contract basis, supporting a large-scale Offshore Wind Farm in the UK.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Technical Planner with extensive experience in the Offshore Wind Sector, specifically in relation to Wind Turbine Technologies. The successful candidate will have high-level proficiency with Primavera P6 and be able to plan activities, coordinate commissioning, and manage tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Interfacing with Contractors and joint venture partners on applicable commissioning scopes offshore and onshore
  • Strong knowledge of WTG components and the ability to plan activities
  • Ability to thrive on coordinating commissioning activities and managing the associated tasks
  • Experience working within an electrical engineering environment on low voltage and high voltage plant/equipment such as, HV cables, 66kV switchgear, Systems within the WTG
Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Extensive experience in the Offshore Wind Sector, specifically in relation to Wind Turbine Technologies
  • High-level proficiency with Primavera P6
  • Strong knowledge of WTG components and the ability to plan activities
  • Ability to thrive on coordinating commissioning activities and managing the associated tasks
