About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Specialist to join our team at Yü Energy. As a key member of our Customer Success Team, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional service and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide timely and effective solutions to customer inquiries, ensuring first contact resolution wherever possible.
  • Resolve customer accounts within agreed service level agreements, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Build strong relationships with internal teams, fostering a collaborative environment.
  • Support the collection and maintenance of customer data, ensuring efficient servicing of customers.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our systems and processes, ensuring accurate recording and notation of customer queries.
  • Monitor, action, and escalate issues as necessary, keeping customers and stakeholders informed.
  • Create accurate records of customer interactions, ensuring timely and effective resolution of queries.
  • Liaise with non-customer facing teams to handle complex customer inquiries, resolving issues and providing excellent service.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to collect revenue and renew/cross-sell Yü Energy products.
  • Manage customer dissatisfactions, ensuring prompt and effective resolution.
