LTF Recruitment is excited to present a rewarding opportunity for a Behaviour Mentor within a distinguished alternative provision in Grantham.
You will be part of a dedicated team focused on fostering the educational and emotional development of all students. This position has the potential to transition into a permanent role following a successful trial period.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitating individual and group sessions aimed at promoting positive behaviour and social skills among students.
- Collaborating closely with educators, guardians, and colleagues to cultivate a supportive and engaging learning atmosphere.
- Establishing strong rapport with students and serving as a constructive role model.
- Setting personalized objectives and monitoring progress to tailor appropriate educational materials.
The Ideal Candidate Will:
- Possess a minimum of 6 months relevant experience.
- Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Have the ability to commute to the workplace.
- Hold Team Teach or equivalent training, which is advantageous.
