As a Sous Chef, you'll have the opportunity to work alongside our award-winning culinary team, led by Chef Yannick Alléno, to create exquisite modern French cuisine that showcases the best of British produce.

Your Role:

As a Sous Chef, you'll be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the kitchen, working closely with the Head Chef to ensure seamless service and exceptional quality. You'll supervise a team of skilled chefs, manage inventory, and maintain the highest standards of food safety and hygiene. Your attention to detail, creativity, and passion for culinary excellence will be essential in delivering an unforgettable dining experience for our guests.
