The Overnight Resident Support Officer will be instrumental in safeguarding both residents and the property through a vigilant overnight presence. Key responsibilities include:

  • Monitoring access to the building and ensuring the safety of all residents
  • Utilizing surveillance systems and performing regular inspections of the premises
  • Building rapport with residents, offering support for up to six months
  • Upholding house regulations and addressing any inappropriate conduct
  • Maintaining a comprehensive security log for accountability
