About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and empathetic individual to join our team as a Night Concierge at Saha. As a Night Concierge, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and security of our residents and the building.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise residents as they enter and exit the building, maintaining a secure and welcoming environment.
- Monitor CCTV systems and conduct regular building checks to identify and address any potential security risks.
- Engage with vulnerable residents, providing support and guidance to help them settle into their new surroundings.
- Encourage residents to adhere to house rules and promote a positive living environment.
- Maintain accurate security logs to ensure the safety and security of the building.
About You
We are looking for an individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and has a strong commitment to ensuring the safety and well-being of others. As a Night Concierge, you will be responsible for providing a high level of support to our residents, and we require someone who is able to communicate effectively with a diverse range of people.
Requirements
- Empathy and understanding of the needs of vulnerable individuals.
- Strong interpersonal and influencing skills, with the ability to diffuse potentially difficult situations.
- Good time management and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently.
- A willingness to work night shifts on a rota basis.
