Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver comprehensive administrative and secretarial support, demonstrating initiative and self-motivation as required.
  • Manage communications for team members who may be unavailable, ensuring timely distribution of messages.
  • Support secretarial functions for the organization, including audio transcription, document preparation, and spreadsheet management.
  • Organize meetings and manage calendars.
  • Prepare Consultant Appointment documents and schedule appointments.
  • Track, record, and update details regarding Consultants' Professional Indemnity Insurance and invoices.
  • Uphold compliance with legislation and the fairness at work policy.
  • Assemble drawing packages for electronic submissions related to Technical Approvals.
  • Compile data for reports to support various departments within the organization.
  • Print and oversee drawing packages for tendering and construction purposes.
  • Exhibit strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Prior experience in an office setting with a technical focus is preferred.
  • Proficient in various software applications, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe, and Outlook.
  • Ability to maintain organization, self-motivation, and meticulous attention to detail.
