ROLE OBJECTIVE
The Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery unit is seeking dedicated and skilled Specialty Practitioners to enhance our team.
This role offers a remarkable opportunity to acquire extensive experience in one of the UK's premier Tertiary referral centers.
The selected candidate will collaborate with a diverse team at various facilities, working alongside consultants, associate specialists, specialist trainees, and other healthcare professionals.
Key Responsibilities
PRIMARY DUTIES AND EXPECTATIONS
The individual in this role will engage in the Emergency Department, manage hot clinics, conduct outpatient consultations, and perform surgical procedures under local and general anesthesia, as required. The post holder will also handle referrals from other departments based on operational needs.
Clinical oversight will be provided by the Consultants, with the post holder's schedule designed to support all consultants. Comprehensive training will be available in all facets of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery.
