Job Title: Quality Assurance Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Assistant to join our team at RSE. As a Quality Assurance Assistant, you will play a key role in ensuring the quality of our products and services, and contributing to the continuous improvement of our processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain control of documents and procedures to encourage best practice and raise quality awareness across all levels of the business.
  • Promote quality achievement, performance, and continual improvement throughout the organisation.
  • Perform required ISO:9001 audits and assist with auditing to ISO:14001 and ISO:45001.
  • Work closely with clients to ensure their needs are met.
  • Collate and analyse performance data and KPIs against defined parameters to ensure that targets are achieved.
Requirements:
  • Degree qualified, preferably within an Engineering or Scientific field.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Must have flexibility to attend site visits and work from other RSE offices.
  • Have proficient interpretation skills for figures, statistics, regulations, and policies.
  • Be strategic, methodical, logical, and detailed oriented.
  • It would be advantageous for you to have knowledge and experience of quality standards and models.
  • Full UK Driving Licence.
