We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Manager to join our Engineering & Maintenance Team in North Scotland.

The successful candidate will lead a team of engineering personnel supporting 24/7 Malting and Distillery operations, ensuring all aspects of process maintenance are delivered to support compliant, optimised, cost-effective lifecycle assurance of all plant.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensuring adherence to Health & Safety, Environmental & Quality Standards
  • Ensuring compliance to maintenance regulatory standards within the area
  • Working closely with Site Managers, Operators, Maintenance Leads, and Craft groups to ensure all mandatory and requested maintenance is effectively planned into the production schedule
  • Supporting and energising deployment of the MMS Asset Care Strategy
  • Driving improvement initiatives in line with Manufacturing Excellence asset care practice
Requirements:
  • Knowledge of Reliability Maintenance techniques and data analysis
  • Degree or qualification in engineering or equivalent hands-on maintenance experience
  • Full UK driving licence
