About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Asset Integrity Manager to join our team at Hays Construction and Property. As a key member of our Corporate Real Estate team, you will be responsible for managing a diverse property portfolio with over 3,000 assets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare asset valuations and advise on property matters to support the delivery of our charity's mission.
  • Develop and implement disposal programmes for surplus assets and acquire new assets to enhance our portfolio.
  • Work closely with external consultants and stakeholders to ensure the effective management of our property assets.
  • Collaborate with our Estates Manager and Head of Corporate Real Estate to drive business growth and improve asset performance.
  • Provide detailed interpretation of deeds and advice on property ownership and tenure.
  • Liaise with local planners to protect the interests of our clients and assets.
  • Prepare clear board reports and present to senior stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Qualification at degree level and membership of a relevant professional organisation.
  • Extensive asset management and transactional experience across various asset classes.
  • Good understanding of Landlord and Tenant legislation.
  • Proven track record in promoting a culture of transformation within a CRE function.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle large and varied workloads and make effective decisions.
