Estée Lauder Beauty Advisor Job Description

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Beauty Advisor to join our team at Estée Lauder. As a Beauty Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, educating customers on our products, and driving sales through personalized recommendations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personalized beauty consultations to customers, understanding their skin types and concerns to recommend suitable products.
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, trends, and launches to provide expert advice to customers.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets through effective product demonstrations, promotions, and upselling.
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve store goals and objectives.
  • Participate in visual merchandising and store displays to create an engaging and inviting customer experience.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in the beauty industry, preferably in a sales or makeup artistry role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong product knowledge and ability to learn and adapt to new products and trends.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting sales targets and deadlines.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
