Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Holistic Beauty Advisor to join our team. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, educating customers on our products, and driving sales through personalized recommendations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide welcoming, authentic, and personalized service to customers to achieve all customer service and sales targets.
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and trends to educate customers and make informed recommendations.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and drive business results.
  • Participate in visual merchandising and store displays to create an engaging and inspiring customer experience.
  • Contribute to the development of in-store events and promotions to drive sales and customer engagement.

Requirements

  • Able to demonstrate a high level of creative and technical expertise.
  • Experience styling with hot tools (desirable but not essential).
  • A passion and energy to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service.
  • An approachable and friendly personality.
  • Confidence in speaking to customers, getting to know them, and understanding their needs to best cater to them.
  • Flexible availability across days/hours.
  • While experience is preferred, we welcome applicants with amateur level experience who are able to demonstrate a high level of creative and technical expertise.
