Interim HR Business Partner

We are seeking a highly skilled Interim HR Business Partner to join our team at Gleeson Recruitment Group. This is a crucial role that requires strong relationships with stakeholders and a deep understanding of business operations.
The successful candidate will work closely with various departments to ensure alignment with business objectives and strategies. They will provide strategic guidance and support to senior management in decision-making processes and conduct regular meetings with stakeholders to gather feedback and address concerns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with stakeholders
- Provide strategic guidance and support to senior management
- Conduct regular meetings with stakeholders to gather feedback and address concerns
- Prepare and present reports on business performance and relationship management activities
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Requirements:
- CIPD Level 5 as a minimum
- 5 years of experience within a Retail or customer-centric business
- Proven ability to develop and maintain strong professional relationships
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
