Your Role as a Care Assistant

As a care assistant, you will play a crucial role in the recovery journey of our residents. Your compassionate and patient demeanor will provide essential support as they work towards regaining their confidence and independence. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Implementing a flexible care model tailored to the unique needs of each individual.

Requirements

Candidates should possess at least one year of experience in a mental health environment.

Shift Patterns
