Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced leader to join our Café and retail team as an Assistant Store Manager. This role will support and lead the team alongside the Store Manager, driving sales and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Store Manager in providing leadership and coaching to team members to achieve performance goals.
  • Drive store sales and profit plan, identifying opportunities to maximize performance.
  • Communicate effectively with the team to exceed sales targets and KPIs.
  • Implement promotions, offers, and marketing initiatives to maximize commercial opportunities.
Requirements
  • Experience in a busy and bespoke selling environment, preferably within a luxury brand or retailer.
  • Proven leadership skills to motivate and develop high-performing teams.
  • Passion for chocolate, our brand, and delivering exceptional customer service.
