Position Overview:
As a Junior Financial Accountant, you will be integral in maintaining the accuracy and reliability of our financial documentation.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Reporting: Assist in the creation and evaluation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to guarantee prompt and precise reporting.
  • Account Reconciliation: Conduct thorough reconciliations of bank accounts, ledgers, and balance sheets to uphold accuracy in financial records.
  • Accounts Payable & Receivable: Efficiently manage invoices, payments, and receipts, ensuring all transactions are accurately recorded.
  • Payroll Assistance: Support the payroll processing activities.
  • Budgeting & Forecasting: Aid the finance team in budgeting and forecasting tasks, offering insights to inform business strategies.
  • Process Enhancement: Identify opportunities to optimize accounting procedures and contribute to the establishment of best practices within the finance team.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with various departments to provide financial insights and support, promoting a cooperative work environment.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Educational Background: AAT qualification.
  • Experience: 1-3 years in a comparable accounting position is preferred, along with familiarity with accounting software.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other financial analysis tools.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, capable of analyzing financial data and delivering actionable insights.
  • Attention to Detail: A careful approach to work, ensuring all financial records are accurate and compliant with relevant regulations.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Team Player: A collaborative mindset, with the capacity to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
