  • Providing expert knowledge, advice, leadership, and motivation to the team
  • Identifying and implementing ways to improve operations

  • A team player with leadership skills and the ability to motivate and develop team members
  • Proven experience in investigations, including accidents and disciplinaries
  • Able to manage targets and KPIs
