About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data and Insights Manager to join our team at Invigorate Recruitment. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in driving business growth through data-driven insights and strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Management: Lead and manage a newly developed in-house analytics team, including workload management, personal development, and training.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Overhaul existing Excel-based reporting into user-friendly reporting dashboards using Power BI, enabling self-service data access for the team.
  • Data Centralization and Automation: Ingest data from various business-wide data sources, perform required transformations in Power BI query editor, and integrate 3rd-party data.
  • Insight and Analysis: Utilize data from Google Big Query, Google Analytics, and Internal Data Warehouse to design effective reporting dashboards and drive detailed insight and analysis.
  • Project Management: Manage reporting requests and development, streamline the reporting process, and ensure high usage of dashboards.
  • Training and Education: Train and educate the team to maximize business impact of reporting and minimize ad-hoc reporting requests.
  • Web Analytics: Maintain existing reports, produce ad-hoc analysis, and ensure Google Analytics is configured to track required metrics.
  • Digital and Marketing Channel Performance: Improve effectiveness through data modeling, attribution, and insight development.
  • Stakeholder Management: Present findings and recommendations to senior stakeholders within the business.
Requirements
  • Technical Skills: 3 years of Power BI experience, including data feeds and dashboard creation, automation, and maintenance. 3-5 years of experience in an analytical role focused on driving insight and action. Google Big Query, SQL/WPS, and Advanced Excel/MS Access experience.
  • Business Skills: Ambitious and driven to achieve personal and business goals. Highly analytical, with the ability to translate complex data into easy-to-understand formats. Highly organized with excellent stakeholder management skills. Highly commercial with the ability to identify opportunities using data and insight.
