As a Senior Data & Insight Manager, responsibilities will include:
Lead an in-house analytics team, overseeing workload, personal development, and training.
Transform Excel-based reports into user-friendly PowerBI dashboards for team self-service.
Collaborate with all business functions (Marketing, Product, Finance, IT, Operations) to gather requirements and produce relevant reports.
Integrate third-party data (e.g., Media Providers, Delivery Suppliers) with internal data.
Utilise data from Google Big Query, Google Analytics, and the Internal Data Warehouse for dashboard reporting.
Maintain all PowerBI reports, ensuring data accuracy and accessibility.
Train the team to maximize reporting impact and reduce ad hoc requests.
Oversee web analytics (GA4), maintaining existing reports and conducting ad hoc analysis.
Enhance digital and marketing channel performance through data modelling, attribution, and insights.
3 years experience using Power BI – Including developing data feeds & dashboard creation, automation and maintenance
