About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Planner to join our team at Footprint Social Enterprise Ltd. As a Senior Planner, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality planning consultancy project work at our Bolton office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead on projects to deliver a high-quality service to clients, providing clear and succinct planning advice.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, project teams, and colleagues, working in a smart and commercially minded way.
  • Demonstrate excellent report writing skills, organisational skills, and time management, including meeting deadlines and managing workload independently.
  • Coach, motivate, and support junior members of the team.
  • Work with the Marketing & Communications Associate to promote the business.
Requirements
  • Experience with Primavera P6.
  • Ability to travel to project sites on a regular frequency.
  • Experience across all stages of the project life cycle in medium to large-sized projects within the construction industry.
  • Good understanding of tender documents, contract documents, and specifications.
  • Good understanding of planning, programme, and progress monitoring, risk and opportunity management.
  • Good understanding of the construction market, methods of construction, plant, equipment, and labour requirements.
