Position Summary Bradcare is seeking a Care Coordinator to support our growing operations.

Role Summary: The Care Coordinator will oversee and assist with the scheduling of care staff, manage administrative duties to facilitate the daily operations at Bradcare, and deliver exceptional service to clients throughout the South Derbyshire region. The primary objective is to ensure that the needs of our clients are met, enabling them to maintain their independence.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
  • Participate in the on-call support rotation
  • Execute daily tasks to guarantee high-quality service for clients and staff
  • Maintain and update internal software systems
  • Conduct audits of internal processes to ensure data integrity
  • Provide support to team members as necessary


Qualifications

Essential Qualifications:

  • Experience with care plans
  • Familiarity with scheduling software
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • Strong communication abilities
  • Knowledge of home care and caregiving practices
  • Background in recruitment or health and social care
  • Pragmatic approach and positive attitude
  • Driving license is not a requirement

Experience Required:

  • Minimum of 1 year in a caregiving role (mandatory)
  • At least 1 year in an office environment
  • 1 year of administrative experience
