Key Objectives:

  • Establish a robust and high-performing Central Portfolio office and dedicated PMO delivery function.
  • Oversee the full project life cycle, ensuring alignment with Sanctuary Group's strategic goals.
  • Set up Sanctuary Technology delivery teams for success.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure effective and efficient delivery of Portfolio services, including planning, demand, and resource management.
  • Develop and maintain high-quality reporting and management information.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across Technology and the wider Sanctuary Group to provide insightful analysis and recommendations.
  • Support planning and resource management to ensure the completion of strategic objectives.

  • Strong organizational, project management, and planning skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
