Our DeFi Labs Team

Re7's DeFi Labs is a highly respected curator of lending and borrowing vaults. Due to the rapid growth of our business, we require an analyst to provide essential support to this dynamic team.

Role Overview

This role offers significant exposure to four key areas: business development, marketing, account management, and operations. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with cutting-edge innovative teams globally and play a crucial role in supporting Re7 Labs and our clients in achieving shared objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Business Development & Marketing
    • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, DeFi partners, and clients to define requirements for new business opportunities.
    • Research the DeFi landscape to identify potential new clients and partners by tracking project and platform news.
    • Identify and evaluate novel yield-enhancing opportunities.
    • Organize and prioritize inbound leads.
    • Analyze news and social media content, synthesizing it into actionable opportunities.
    • Draft compelling Twitter and Substack posts.
  • Account Management
    • Maintain regular contact with existing clients and prospects, providing updates on relevant news and opportunities.
    • Onboard new clients and partners effectively.
  • Operations
    • Develop transaction plans and recommendations.
    • Monitor and manage the performance of the portfolio across various platforms.
    • Execute platform transactions, including setup, exit strategies, allocations, rebalancing, and limit adjustments.
    • Partner with Re7 Technology and DeFi teams to explore, define, and support the implementation of automation opportunities.
