Position Summary

Light & Wonder is seeking a Senior Compensation Analyst to join our Global Total Rewards team. This role will be responsible for implementing and managing compensation policies across EMEA and beyond.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and administer compensation policies and programs
  • Audit jobs for content and prepare job descriptions reflecting job responsibilities, activities, duties, and requirements
  • Develop and/or participate in compensation surveys to collect and analyze competitive salary information to determine the company's competitive position
  • Review proposed salary adjustments for conformance to established guidelines, policies, and practices
  • Support annual compensation planning, including analysis of costs and recommendations on budget requirements
  • Review requests for new or revised classifications to determine appropriate salary grade assignment
  • Review existing and proposed statutory requirements governing compensation administration and recommend appropriate courses of action
  • May prepare special studies and recommendations on subjects such as incentive compensation, bonus plans, sales compensation, or stock options
  • May include administration of domestic and/or international programs

Requirements

  • Knowledge of compensation trends, regulations, and compliance requirements
  • Excellent analytical skills and comfort with processing large volumes of data
  • Practical knowledge of career architecture and job evaluation principles
  • Demonstratable experience supporting annual merit cycles
  • Workday experience preferred
