HR Assistant

We are seeking an HR Apprentice to join our team at Churchill Retirement Living Ltd. As an HR Apprentice, you will play a vital role in supporting the HR team in our Head Office based in Ringwood.
You will report to the Head of Human Resources and work closely with the Recruitment, HR, and Learning and Development teams to gain a comprehensive understanding of HR practices and procedures.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the recruitment team with screening CVs, advertising vacancies, shortlisting candidates, and arranging interviews
- Responding to queries in the HR mailboxes and ensuring that all colleagues receive timely responses to their queries
- Producing documentation, such as new starter offers and contracts, promotions, employee changes, and references
- Ensuring our HR system (PeopleHR) is kept up to date with any employee updates
- Assisting with the starter and leaver processes
- Supporting the learning & development team with organizing training
- Providing a high level of customer service to all of our colleagues

What You'll Gain
