Apprenticeship Centre Manager

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the quality and vitality of Aberdeen city centre, ensuring it remains a resilient and adaptable leading commercial and cultural centre in Scotland.
This role requires a degree in Communications, Marketing, Business Management, or a related discipline, with a project management qualification being desirable.
Previous experience in a town or city centre management-related role or equivalent is essential, along with strong communication skills, networking abilities, and experience in developing business and partner networks.
The ideal candidate will have knowledge of regional and national town, city centre, and place-making organisations, as well as experience in procurement and contract management with consultants.
Awareness of the different sectors in the city centre, including retail, hospitality, and commercial, is also required, along with evidence of working with and achieving service change in the business community and public sector.
Financial awareness, strong analytical, and organisational skills are essential for this role.
