We are collaborating with a prominent software organization that is currently undergoing rapid expansion and engaging with a diverse range of clients across multiple industries. To support this growth, they are seeking a Project Coordinator with a background in large consultancy environments focused on software implementation.
You will be an integral part of the Professional Services team, tasked with deploying the company's flagship SaaS solution and ensuring value delivery to clients.
Your role will encompass the entire implementation lifecycle, which includes:
- Conducting requirements workshops
- Facilitating playbacks and sprints
- Managing business transformation initiatives
- Overseeing user acceptance testing
- Coordinating the transition to support services
The implementation process is supported by various methodologies, emphasizing continuous improvement rather than adherence to a single framework.
Depending on the client project, implementations may vary in scale, involving teams of 10 or more or smaller, part-time groups. At any given time, the organization manages between 20 and 25 concurrent projects.
For clients, success translates to faster, more reliable, and cost-effective implementations, smoother business transitions, and satisfied end-users. For our client, success also includes ensuring that the professional services division contributes consistently to overall profitability.
Role OverviewYour responsibilities will include:
- Overall financial accountability for projects
- Resource management across a portfolio of initiatives
- Engaging in the Service Delivery process and driving ongoing enhancements
- Managing project finances, planning, risk assessment, and client relationships
- Proactively communicating with clients to maintain high satisfaction levels
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure a comprehensive understanding of product features and translating this into best practices for clients
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Extensive experience as a Project or Programme Manager within a large consultancy
- A strong focus on processes and change management, with a leadership style that prioritizes people
- A passion for tackling challenges and a drive to create unique, valuable solutions
- A commitment to leveraging technology for business transformation
- Proven track record in delivering projects on time and exceeding client expectations
- Attention to detail and experience in project financial oversight
- Understanding of SaaS architecture and modern software practices, with the ability to communicate effectively with technical teams
- Experience managing projects using Agile methodologies, capable of fostering iterative delivery in a dynamic environment
- Excellent communication skills, enabling effective liaison between cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and clients, with the ability to simplify technical concepts for non-technical audiences
- Strong analytical skills to identify project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and resolve complex issues
